We all hope you have a delightful online shopping experience and 100% satisfied with your purchases. If you need to return or exchange, we are here to help. Please read the following carefully to ensure you are fully aware of your rights under the policy and our obligations to you.

We will accept returns or exchanges within 7 days from the date of purchase. The items must be in new condition, unused with all original tags / labels / packaging and free of damage by customers.

Please contact us first if you need to return or exchange items. 
Return & Exchange
  • Your return item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Sale or clearance items are not eligible for a refund / return & exchange.

  • If there is a price difference of your exchange item(s), you may need to pay the difference or receive a partial refund.

  • Once your item return/exchange has been approved, please pack them securely to ensure no damage is received during the return postage.

  • To avoid delivery problems, we recommend you use a tracking service by registered post.

  • If new exchange item is not available, we refund the full cost of your purchase (shipping fees not included if applicable).

  • Customers are responsible for all return postage costs for returns and exchanges.

Faulty product return
  • If you unfortunately have a faulty item, please start by contacting us at Line: @ciputhailand or email us at

  • If an item is faulty, we will meet our legal obligation which may include refunding the purchase price and delivery charges. You can elect to receive a refund or replacement (where available).

  • You may also be required to upload a photo or video of the problem areas for an inspection; so that we can arrange a resolution.

  • Your return item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Where the faulty item is returned, inspected and assessed as faulty, you can elect to receive a refund or replacement (where available).

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. 

  • Once approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

  • You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Product Information and Warranty

3 months of ownership : Worry Free

If your CiPU product is damaged during the 3-month you own it – including damage caused by normal wear and tear (such as defective handles, zippers, locks, or nylon fabric), courier handling, or other transit damage - Phuamae will cover all repair expenses, including shipping costs to and from our repair facility.  If we determine that the product is damaged beyond repair, we will replace it. If we determine that a replacement product is not available, we will provide you with a product of comparable value.

Damages not covered are damage resulting from abuse, cosmetic damage (such as scratched leather or stained fabrics), and incidental or consequential damages, such as damage to or loss of the contents of a bag, loss of use, loss of time, or similar expenses.

Your only responsibility is to ship your item to us for repair, shipping cost, we will be happy to process the repair.
