Terms of Payment
Phuamae accepts (i) Visa and MasterCard, both credit and debit card, and (ii) Money transfer.
If customers wish to pay by transferring money, please transfer to:

Once the transaction is completed, please send us the payment confirmation including the payment slip to Line: @ciputhailand
For the credit or debit card, transaction failures may occur for the following reasons: (i) The account does not have sufficient funds; (ii) the name of the account does not match the information your have provided; (iii) not having been registered your bank account for online transactions; (iv) there are limited number of transactions; and (v) the bank account does not exist.
For all website transactions, once the payment has been verified, a payment confirmation email will be sent out. If you have not received an email confirmation within 2 business days, please contact Line: @ciputhailand
Shipping and Delivery of the Products
The shipment will be done via SCG Express. Once the payment is received, the purchased product(s) will be delivered within 2-5 business days, or up to 7 business days on promotions or festival periods according to payment orders. Once the product(s) have been delivered, we will confirm the delivery and send the Tracking Number to customers’ email within 1-2 business days. All orders will be charged with an additional delivery fee that calculated based on the parcel size and weight.
Deliveries in Thailand will normally take 1-2 days for customers to receive the parcel. In cases where customers have not received the parcel, please check your delivery status at https://www.scgexpress.co.th/tracking
Claims and Compensation
Phuamae reserves all rights not to be responsible if there are delays on the delivery, but will inform the customers regarding the delays. All items delivered via SCG Express or other courier companies, if damaged or loss during transit, will be the responsibility of such courier companies. If the parcel(s) is sent back to Phuamae due to incorrect information from the customers, the next delivery fee must be paid by the customers.
If Phuamae has made a stocking or pricing mistake on www.ciputhailand.com, we reserve all rights to cancel that orders for the customer(s) and will further inform the customers the reasons via phone or email, as appropriated.
